Weekend Brunch

Wekeend Brunch at Aster, come and enjoy some of our favourite dishes inspired by your favourite European spots in central Victoria. Every Saturday and Sunday join us for our Brunch with two courses or three courses and free-flowing bubbles.

Dishes include Aster Arlington with smoked salmon, poached egg, hollandaise & rösti, Burrata & semi-dried heritage tomatoes, Chicken Schnitzel with rocket & sweet potato fries, Spanish Seabass, samphire & watercress velouté.

To end on that sweeter note, brunchers can choose from a selection of desserts such as our Coconut Panna Cotta with spiced Pineapple, Apple Strudel or Twice Baked Cheesecake with Blueberry Compote.

Our brunch menu is available on Saturdays from 11am-3.30pm and on Sundays from 12pm-4pm.

T&Cs: Bottomless brunch is limited to 2 hours per booking.
